Extremely toxic work environment Backstabbing Coworkers Uncaring Human Resources Department Terrible Management Advisors will tell you one thing when you interview but once you accept the position, forget their promises. Terrible policies with a lot of inconsistencies with employees who do not understand the policies. Manager lacking the vertebrae to tell advisors when they're wrong. Raises were frozen last year. No bonuses. Most of the advisors are terrible people to work with. My manager opted to fire me instead of laying me off to try to save the firm money. My manager's manager let me know before I was fired that he would tell future prospective employers I was fired for cause. The training is terrible.

Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
