Friendly coworkers with a good work-life balance. Worked at their new office in Nashville so nicer amenities than most other offices.

Svantaggi

Promises made during interviews were not met (training, work product expectations). Off-site parking making for another 10-20 minutes on my commute that was already an hour. Lack of upward mobility.

Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
