Upper management is out for themselves. They really do not care about their employees and the pay is not good at all, yet upper management gets their full raises. They move people around and fill openings with no real training. Management likes to coddle the employees with no real repercussions for anything. And God forbid if you have an idea or go against management's ideas. But if you suck up you will be just fine and will probably get moved up.
