It takes good 6-12 months working there to truly understand the level of dysfunction and lack of integrity of management and employees. No professional creativity and total absence of true teamwork. Don’t get fooled by the new office space in HQ. Think twice before accepting their offer as all the cons on paper cannot compensate for working in this truly toxic environment.
