Great collaboration seen across the immunology team

The dermatology medical team is experiencing a systemic cultural issue that affects professionalism and psychological safety. Behaviors such as gossiping from the leadership team, exclusionary communication, and dismissive interactions have created an environment that can feel hostile and counterproductive. This has contributed to notable turnover among both MSLs and leadership. A structured approach to culture improvement, accountability, and communication standards would be beneficial to support a healthier and more productive workplace.
