      CNO in Colorado Springs sincerely wants to provide the best care and overall experience for customers. Open, transparent approach to improving safety and quality. There is a truely collaborative environment. Salaries are competitive and benefits are great! The organization funds a pension plan for each employee AND matches employee contributions to their additional retirement plans. Vision coverage isn't terrific but the other benefits make up for it.

      Many positive changes taking place that require culture shifts...and we all know how that can be sometimes. The intent is good but often difficult to get long term employees and management to get on board.

      High Acuity patients Maintain Skillset Job security

      Too many patients in a day and not enough time to spend with them. Minimal admin time to manage InBasket and patient needs. Frequently need to juggle a full and complex patient schedule with urgent test results and care coordination. Have to use personal PTO to cover holidays and any time the clinic is closed due to circumstances outside of our control. (weather, power outages, etc) Annual performance Bonuses are now being determined by online patient feedback scores.
