      The working hours are flexible and they will work around your schedule. Sometimes it's not too busy so it's nice. If you stick with it and put in the hours you will get promoted.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is not as good as some other jobs on campus. Sometimes the library can get pretty busy and that is tiring.
