Equipment - Recognising its a NHS-adjacent organisation but it'd be great to have budget for homeworking set up, headphones etc. Team building - It'd also be great to do more team building activities / sessions as a company (like the Christmas party!) Diversity - there's been lots of work in this space and there's clear commitment, but will be great to see a continued push for more diversity and representation of our population in staff
