-Per Diem was half of what was normal for California AND they originally refused to pay for all days away from home -Car usage and mileage issues (did not pay employees travel to and from work when using company vehicles when staying at hotels) -Training for position was hectic and not extremely helpful -Failed to realize the scope of the project so they were actually losing money and were extremely far behind production. -Retention rate through training was around 66%, after a month 55%, after multiple months around 35-40% for our particular job.
