      You have great leverage on the hours you work.A big part of the volume you actually work is very dependant on you.Other co workers have skill sets that you can learn from on the job.

      This company has corporate quotas it expects you to meet every month.It will not properly train you on even the basics of meeting those goals such as navigating the P.O.S system.

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
