Being switched to hourly, not getting back back in a timely manner when some of the impacted employees did. The hourly PTO plan vs. the salaried unlimited plan. Being micro managed around time. Forced to fit a good 45 hours of work into 40 so there is no OT (this is new after the announcement was made Ultimate was going private). An interim updated travel policy that is ludicrous. It doesn’t feel so People First anymore
