I love my direct contact with customers and the ability to help them gain value from their software. As an Instructor at Kronos I am living my dream job! Meaning, I was a customer who implemented and used Kronos products and was so impressed with the company's products and employees I interviewed four times before securing my position. When Kronos says I'll keep you in mind for a future job, they mean it! It is easy for me to gain satisfaction from my job daily as we have great products and as I teach customers to apply best practices within the software I can honestly show my excitement because our products are well developed and supported. I also work with an excellent team of colleagues who support me daily. The management team genuinely wants to see me excel and provides growth opportunities. I see myself working at Kronos for the remainder of my career.

There aren't many cons I have encountered during my 4-year tenure. Sometimes my work days is long as I teach most days and feel compelled to work before and/or after a class to accomplish administrative tasks, work on a project or grow my career. Most of the time; however, this is my choice. As a Training Specialist I encounter stress which is sometimes tough to manage. At Kronos we strive to exceed our customer's education experience and that can be difficult at times. Kronos does; however, offer many programs to help me manage stress, for example, a Live Inspired employee portal and a wellness program.
