This requires our labs and lab employees to work under strict guidelines, like keeping belongings secured. For those working in our labs, that work is hands-on testing, requiring employees to be onsite five days a week to run those crucial safety tests. Across the organization, we have some roles that are fully remote and many others that are hybrid.
