We have resources now that we only dreamed of having when I started in this job almost 11- years ago. They only get better as leadership discovers them. We are offered salary/commission (uncapped), benefits, 401K with matched contributions, President's Club for top performers, full access to the President and CEO. Feedback is always welcomed and often used. The Area Directors and RSDs are some of the best in the business . I am so happy and grateful to be working for them and will continue to give it my all.

I share the same con as some of the others. The main carrier we work with is having some struggles, which makes our jobs more difficult but Marceco does all they can to be apart of the solution and not the problem.

None. I have no complaints. Zero cons. Shocked at any bad reviews for this company. There was a time the it was being run by someone else, so it wasn’t as great but ever since Dave and Jamal took over along with Kim by their side, this company is a dream and you’re so lucky if you get hired. There is actually very little turnover with the exeption of the Retail side but that’s only because the stores are incredible busy, which means you have to actual work for your money but you’re well compensated for it. This company is constantly evolving to make things better for their staff. If you do the job, you’re rewarded nicely and always treated more then fair. Sounds like some of these “reviewers” were just lazy and got way to comfy OR just didn’t evolve with the times.
