Tomorrow will actually be my 5th year here at UMoveFree. I have had my experiences of bad companies in the past and I am so glad I took a leap of faith 5 years ago. Nick and Mark are great owners. I feel they truly care about each employee. It reminds me of the way business was done years ago. One thing I always look at is what type of turn over does the company have. There are many employees here that have been with the company for a very long time. One of them is a leader in the company named Erin, she is another piece of the backbone that makes it all work. She said something when I first got hired that has not left my mind. She said that we are like our own island of misfit toys that we see during the holidays. We all may be different, but we are family and we all get along. So True! Many things with UMoveFree is results driven and are determined by the effort you give. If you have a good work ethic then you will do great here! I drive from Prosper, TX to Las Colinas 5 days a week. I will continue to make that drive for years to come. A company that is loyal to me, I will always be loyal to them!
