      No limit to workload. Management regularly implements different processes in attempt to drive sales and make the department run more efficient but this causes stress and burnout when business picks up.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
