      Not too many pros to be honest now. Staff are fairly friendly I guess and the store is in good shape.

      Poor pay, long hours on the tills, ignorant customers. Just becomes a drag. Feels like a chore going in to the place

      Some good people work here

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
