Working at Supervalu is a challenge not due to the nature of the work, but the amount of unnecessary work. When I was there from 2008 - 2010, there were many reports being produced but never being used. It was such a waste of time. On top of that, there were many new systems being implemented which didn't work well together. The implementation was very fast and poorly done, so there was always fixes being made. We had to put out a lot of fires all the time, nearly every day. Very stressful environment for the pay.
