      Promotion of people undeserving. People manipulate their way into better positions, threaten to leave and then use other offers to negotiate pay raises for themselves. Directors don't care about their employees.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
