      Lack of communication internally; no real room for advancement, point system for tardies, etc. is more important than the quality of your work or your integrity. Safety of the product and the employee is not Job 1. It is way down over getting the product out the door, even if it is the wrong product.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
