      pay is good,benefits,freedom to work on your own.Traveling in winter wasn`t fun having to go to each account in territory.

      Svantaggi

      Management frowned on taking time off if you have an emergency and have to take time off.Pay for mileage sucked.

      Some good people work here

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
