Extremely bad autocratic leadership at the corporate level. The entire corporate leadership team lacks even the most basic people skills. Their actual distribution knowledge is also weak with limited or nonexistent original thoughts. People in regional or local leadership roles have left regularly. If you are a free thinker and believe in the value of people you will not fit into this work environment.
