      The people are generally great people to work with, although it is difficult to get to know others and the company culture is not a very friendly culture. Once you break through the wall--employees are really very nice.

      So much change and uncertainty. Poor business decisions are often made and employees feel demotivated.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
