      There are no pro's. Management doesn't know what they are doing and they pit drivers against each other. There are also 3 supervisors who are not even qualified to be into management and just mess everything up.

      Just avoid this company. Yeah it may sound great at first, but will fizzle out in 2 months

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
