NEEDS HELP!!! - Recensione dipendente - Forklift Operator presso UNFI

They tell you 4-10 hour shifts when it’s really 12 hours because the lack of employees!! So we all have to suffer because they don’t hire “felons” which most people from my city are 😅 inconsiderate of our daily lives. 9am-930pm everyday. It’s sad.. if you want to be home with your family at night do not work here!!! OVERTIME EVERYDAY IS INSANE!!! One time they called 2 hour OT at 7:15 when we were supposed to leave at 7:30.. then laughed in our face! They do not care at all, that’s why no one works here.
