      If you don't want to, you don't really have to do any physical work

      Always understaffed. Long and undefined hours. Terrible infrastructure. Employees are very low on the priority list. Company profit is priority 1,2 and 3. Communicate and leadership lacking.

      Some good people work here

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
