Really? - Recensione dipendente - Driver presso UNFI

Management doesn't listen. We can talk to them about certain things and they let it go in one ear and out the other. I used to think this was a great place to work. At least it started that way. It's has changed quite a bit in the last 5 years. Severe micromanaging is taking hold and it's like they look for reasons to fire people. The benefits aren't bad, but they are super pricey.
