Pretty easy job, a lot of benefits

Low pay, can get a little bit toxic sometimes, mundane

- Good place to learn many new things and level up your expertise - Stable payments, annual salary review

- Small salaries in general, bonuses available in extraordinary cases only - Really high workload, often you have to work on weekends or during vacation - Your tasks and processes changes upon manager’s view, sometimes, out of your position - Teams and managers tend to find who is guilty in case of something wrong rather than supporting each other and proactively looking for good solutions together.
