The amount of pressure you will get from Spain is ridiculous...it is not worth it. They will not invest nor want to improve the work practices here in the US. Their goal and believe me, I have seen it in emails is to PRODUCE, PRODCUE, & PRODUCE at all COST....they do not care. Their culture, it creates an uneven balance between management and employees. Because management cannot deal nor have the thought process to understand how to deal with upper management (from Spain).
