The jobs in UNTD are the last choice for many employees. Several management leaders only care about how to escape from obligations and blame other people/departments. You will be blamed for many things that you are not in charge of. Compensation is low compare to peer universities. location is tough. If you have no choice but UNTD's offer, go for it. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
