Great place to learn and work with a lot of brilliant people. Company invest in its employees and it's very mature in almost anything related to web business.

Difficult to grow inside the company. Sometimes the better are not rewarded, but instead, people with a long time in the house. Also there are quite a few people that don't want to work at all and will still be promoted.
