Great Company with great team members

No cons for me !

Small company, great mission, family feel, many long time employees

With the large amount of employees being with the company it can be challenging to incorporate new and better protocol due to their attachment to tradition. Also with the "family feel" there are some people (usually with tenure) who buy into the politics of the workplace. For a company named "Uplifting TV" it was also off putting when older employees attempted to use intimidation lol It failed but was duly noted. This company is family ran and founded upon Christian principles (which nothing is wrong with) however this can affect decision making and overall progressive energy in the workplace.
