-Very low salary compared to other companies in Dublin. -No benefits, unless you count a very low annual benefit and a box of chocolates with a handwritten card from the manager for Christmas -High turnover of great staff. -Very poor company culture. -Lack of learning opportunities. -People aren't particularly valued. -Obsolete tech and poor facilities (need to pay for everything except water) -Bad management. Does not listen nor care very much and tends to follow an "it is what it is" philosophy when facing any complaints or requests from its employees. - Lots of nonsense rules, including dress code and clean shaven policy despite the position being not customer-facing.
