Vantaggi
They’ll hire you right away, no (or few) questions asked. If you like exercise, you’ll get plenty of it.
Svantaggi
They treat you like animals. More than once I’ve been referred to as a “horse” by management and training. Supervising apparently consists of screaming at the employees as hard and frequently as you can. “Orientation” is not training at all (unless you consider a guy playing decade-old corporate videos and passing on the answers to tests as training). The time assigned to orientation is actually an excuse to get you to sign dozens of documents saying you’ve been extensively trained and are aware of all security procedures - which you’re obviously not - as a way of clearing the company from all liability should you get hurt when trying to figure out how to use the (scarce and poorly maintained) equipment. To make sure there won’t be any issues, they force you to check your phone at security (“check” meaning tossing it inside a makeshift envelope and holding it closed with a recycled identification sticker). Working hours are recorded in chaotic ways, the card swiping being constantly replaced by someone telling you “i made a note of the time you’re leaving, no need to swipe”. Truly appalling, and they couldn’t care less.
