Lot of bullies in the ranks - everything's done on seniority and those there the longest act as though they own the place and god they let you know it! Time off is positively Victorian and mean - nothing in your first year then two weeks until you hit seven years - also if you work the Tuesday to Saturday schedule you lose the majority of bank holidays off - but, you do get paid for them.
