No pros at all. The founders were scam.

They used to talk very sweetly and delayed our salaries saying the client hasn’t paid, and like this they just went away with all our hard earned money. Now the so called the founder has started “Briefsea” and is continuing to do scam like these.

There is nothing to liked about this company and its Management - Anmol, HR Team and Founder Kumaresh Bhatt.

From the very beginning, employees and interns alike are met with numerous complaints regarding the unprofessional behavior of the HR team, managers, and leadership. HR representatives, such as Priti, and Manager Anmol, along with the Founder, Kumaresh, have displayed a lack of accountability and transparency. Interns are subjected to excessive and unreasonable daily targets, often being forced to work late into the night to complete tasks. Despite assurances that salaries would be paid in full at the end of the internship, no payments have been made to date. Since July 2024, the company has repeatedly postponed salary clearance, providing false deadlines and ignoring all communication efforts from interns, including emails, calls, and messages. Many interns have even had their numbers blocked. As of December 7, 2024, no payments have been received, and there has been no effort from the management to resolve this issue. This behavior reflects poorly on the company’s ethics and professionalism. I strongly caution anyone considering associating with this organization.
