Flex schedule. Galleria location. They used to give quarterly bonuses that would help supplement the low pay. The company was decent before it turned corporate a few years ago.

Micro-Management. Laid off most of their employees in 2016. Outsourced collection jobs to India. Kept most of the middle management employees, but they were all demoted to non-management positions after layoffs. Sick time was taken away for the few remaining employees that are left. Astronomically high health insurance plan rates. Very low pay compared to other billing companies. No more flex schedule as of early 2016. No further opportunity for growth at the Houston location.
