US Computer Corp seems to have a talent with choosing the right people and backing them fully with honest feedback and all the right tools for success. They expect employees to represent them well and the treat their employees very respectfully as well. No micro managing/lots of trust in employee's abilities to respond appropriately to the situation. They are quick to answer establish contact as the need arises and they communicate very effectively.
