Decent pay especially if you get the overtime, currently my plant works every Saturday. Decent insurance. Decent 401k plan. I have been working 5 years and now going to gross over $60, but I work a lot of overtime. There are tons of promotional level positions out there but you need to be willing to relocate to obtain them at earlier stages of your tenure. You can easily reach near six figures with the right plant and or promotion.

BORING, 2 shift plants have the worst culture, two faced, back stabbing co workers. Management rarely gives a crap. There are employees that understand the agencies employee directives and use them to there advantage if they don't like you they get you in trouble or fired. Upper Management doesn't listen. If you can keep to yourself as much as possible and don't care about the drama, ok, this job may be good for you. Still be careful!
