      Good benefits package, respectable rate of pay.

      No ability to climb their corporate ladder. Complete lack of respect for their employees, unless the employees are salaried as opposed to hourly. As an hourly employee, you do, however, have the ability to climb their corporate ladder and be treated with respect ...IF you are drinking buddies and/or play on sports teams with a member of the management team.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
