      Respected and acknowledged good work among all levels of employees. Hierarchy of management above my position supported decisions made at levels below. Ethical in practices, encountered a respectable level of accountability.

      Very traditional in respect to telecommuting arrangements, working from home frowned upon. If you trust your employees, let those that are able to have more work from home flexibility.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
