      Flexible. Will allow you to change around your schedule from time to time. PTO, medical/dental are great.

      Training is non existent. Your put in a position and expected to wing it. Many of the s supervisors are new, and don't have the training or skills they need. Senior leaders point fingers at these new supervisors when things go wrong. Office areas are understaffed and overworked. The place has been going downhill since a strike 2 years back. Lost a bunch of customers and continue to lose them.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
