      for this area, pay is more than average. good benefits overall. good discounts of company's products.

      lots of retaliation from management. no consistency on rules and regulation. lots of micromanaging and very little room to grow. upper management is a old-boys club so its really hard to get in if you are not in "the circle".

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
