      They are focused on forward thinking and undergoing many transformations to streamline the business. Particularly Impressed by the culture.

      At times it seems that regurgitating talking points is more highly valued than true leadership or skill. I would like to see more innovation within the management level.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
