      Good benefits, work from home opportunities due to crowded offices.

      Talk up standardized processes only to have the 60 DCs run things 60 different ways. Very few internal promotion opportunities. Poor executive leadership...plenty of town halls but leaders won't greet you in the hallway. Starting to reduce head count.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
