      Instability which led to high turnover in my district, poor division leadership at the street sales level, questionable management decisions, unwilling to listen ground level sales, inadequate sales support, spend about 10K/ yr in gas with no reimbursement, dealing with constant truck shorts.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
