      Better than average pay for the industry.

      Replenishment is seriously mismanaged. Top management has no idea what they are doing, and everyone in replenishment is suffering for it. Buyers and cost analysts are treated like dogs. Many people have left already after less than a year, and the ones that haven't left are looking.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
