If you're lucky you'll be on a team with some fantastic people. Unfortunately, that's really the only good thing I can say, as the great people I worked with are no longer with the company

*bought out by equity firms who are laying off/not replacing leaving staff in all areas *egomaniacal senior staff that has no concept of what the "little people" accomplish

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
