      Working with professionals who did a great job in building a team environment before change in senior leadership several years ago.

      The last couple of years turned away from a team environment to one in which each department was not working together in a way that was conducive to a healthy working environment.

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
