Great company. Pay good, I got a 40% bump in pay when I came to the company from my previous. Projects here were transformational and exciting to work on. Management is very transparent. I always knew how the company was doing. Leadership was very open about our future with the merger. I understood that my position would be eliminated because the headquarters would be moved to Houston. This gave me plenty of time to look for the right position that I was excited to move on to.

The sale to Sysco and the long stretch of not knowing what will happen. It's still in a review process with the gov. The headquarters will be in Houston which means we will eventually be laid off. Many of us were told between 3 to 6 months after the close date.
